1. Reservations and Attendance

Due to the intimate nature of je ne sais quoi, reservations are highly selective and subject to approval. A confirmed reservation is required for entry. Guests must arrive at the scheduled time; late arrivals may not be accommodated.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee and may affect future reservation requests.

3. Dietary Requirements

We offer a set plant-based menu. While we strive to accommodate severe allergies if notified well in advance, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Etiquette and Conduct

We foster an environment of respect and open dialogue. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to others.

5. Photography

To preserve the intimacy of the experience, we ask guests to limit photography and refrain from using flash. We kindly request that you prioritize being present in the moment.
